The Swiss Justice Minister has recently claimed that Swiss online gambling will be legalized in the country after several debates and past results to ban the activity. A new reform will be noticed in Swiss Casino laws and it will issue licenses to online casinos and online casino video poker games.

The new changes in the Swiss online gambling laws would block restrictions of outside operators only if they acquire a genuine license they will then be allowed access the Swiss market.

The new law has been introduced due to the unsuccessful outlaw of gaming and similar problems and questions have risen in US online casinos and other countries who are trying to ban online gaming.

A Swiss Casino regulator has stated that online gambling market in Switzerland is worth €42m to €67m due to online gaming. They believe that operators want to penetrate the market, need to organize necessary measures to allow only Swiss gamblers.
