It was a long tedious process before Holland came to this verdict. The 6 member committee that was formed in September 2009, the Dutch Ministry of Justice was bestowed the task of reviewing the online casino gambling policy of the country. After their long study, the committee submitted its report which stated that online poker should be legalized but other forms of online gambling such as online casinos, bingo and sports betting should remain illegal.
